## TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN 

The Trustees of the Charity have examined and approved the 2021 accounts, which were confirmed by an external auditor, Geoffrey Howell of GRH Accountancy Ltd. 

The unusual income amount of £136,401.00 arises from the leasing of a Charity owned field and is a one-off receipt covering a 130 year lease. The capital is invested and the interest will be available for the Charities usual use, ie donations to assist with the furthering of education for local people. 

In future we expect our income to be around £9000 per annum as per usual.
