You have acknowledged on the balance Sheet your responsibilities for maintaining adequate accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the village hall at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.

As the charitys trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Chariti'es Act 2011

I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts Ca￿led out
uThJer section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Garying out my examination, I
have followed all the a￿lcable Directions given by the Charity Commission
