**Objects:** The objects of the organisation are: (a) To promote the spiritual, social and general welfare and well-being of the deaf community in the Diocese of Oxford; and (b) To support the work of the Diocesan Chaplain and the Chaplaincy Team in mission and ministry amongst the deaf community, the Deaf Churches and congregations in the Diocese of Oxford.

**Activities:** Pastoral and spiritual care of deaf and hard of hearing people in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Runs a volunteer befriending scheme.
