The body of the trustees comprise three ex-oificio trustees and two representative trustees. The vicar
and churCh￿,8rdens for th¢ tim¢ b¢ing of St. Laur¢n¢¢ Church, R¢ading are the ex-offi¢io trusl¢¢s. The

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts ot. St Laurence Ecclesiastical Charities (the
Trust) for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity Irusiees ofihe Trust you are responsible for ihe preparation of ihe accounts in accordance wilh the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under Section 145 of the Aci and in
carrying out my examinaiion I have followed all applicable Direciions given by the Charity Commission under
Section 145(5){b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm tliat no material matters have come to my attention in connection
