The Charlty Is admintstered by Trustees representing the five parlshes covered by the Bottisham
United Charltles. For the year l January to 31 December 2024 the Trustees were:

The Trustees are made up of Ex-offlclo Trustee5. Incumbents of the present benefices of Bottisham.
Lode, Stowrfum-Quy, Horningsea and Exning and the Owner of Bottisham Hall; together wlth Estste
Trustees. A change was made to the govemlng document In November 2014 that the Trustees
representlng Exning be appolnted by Exning Parish Coun¢ll rather than Forest Heath Dlstrict Council;
the reason for thi5 was to bring the appointment of Trustees for Exning in line with the other vllla8es
luntil recently Exning did not have a parish coun¢lll.
Bottisham Unlted Charities acts as a 'holdlng Compan collecting rents from tenant farmers and
dividends from Investments which it then dlstributes to: Bottlsham Local Charlty, Lode Local Charlty,
Stow-cum-Quy Local Charlty, Hornlngsea Parlsh Charlty and Exning Unlted Charlties for their
distrlbutlon as Indlcated In the°Rellef In Need. note contained In the 1990 Scheme.
The 2024 the Charltles Income VAS £51,593 and £47,334 was distributed to the five charities.
Payments were made to the Clerk1£2,4(KII, £240 for an independent examlnation of the 2023
•¢eounts and £516 for insurance.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the
Company for the year ended 31112 12023.

pParatIOn of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 {Ihe 2006 Ad'l.
Having satisfied myseff that th8 accounts of the Company are not required
to be audit8d for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 A and are eligible for
independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011
('the 2011 Act"). In Carrying out my examination. I have followed the
Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 14515){bl of the
2011 Act.
