I report on the accounts of the Soclety forthe year ended 30 June 2022 which are set out on Page 2.
Resperti¥e resPOA5ibilities of trustees and examin¢r.
The charity's trustees are responsible forthe preparation of occounts. The charity's Management
Committee conssder that an aud*t is not required forthis year (under section 144121 of the Charities
Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is required.
It 15 my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,.
to follow the Procedures laid down in the Gener31 Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners lunder section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act),. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Indeperylent examlner's report
My exarnination wa5 carried out in accordance with the General Direction5 given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts pr￿ented with those records. It also includes consideration of anv
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explaaations from you as trustees
Concerning any such rnattèrs. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit. and consequently no opinion is glven ès to whether the accounts present a
tTue and fairview, and the report Is Ilmited to those matters set out in the statement below.
