STRUCTURE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMEprr
The charity is an unillcorpordted tDJst. constituteAi under a tnLrf deed dated 1962. Governance is se¢ out in the rules ofthe
charity.
Tbe mdweneni of Fulbourn Ainthouses i5 undertaken by a Board of Trllstees of seven ￿eMbers. TFLe Board meets regularly
and the Board agrees the broad strategy and rates of activity for the tsusL inclllditig consideration of reserves and risk
management policy and perforrnance.
The Board keeps Und￿ review the skilt reqUire￿ents of the Trn*. It ¢r¢sures that tn the event that a Board rneTnber
pertnanently retires or additional members are required that w*niial Bo&rd memkrs will be able to contribute towards
achieving the charity's objectives.
Risk Management
The Irusie¢s hav¢ 8 risk management siategy which comprises:

The reviews during the year identified no sig]ificat)t risks but where tDinor risks were idetttified procEdures designed to
tnillimise ttLes¢ have been implemented. A key element in th¢ management of finftllcial risk is the setting of a reserves polL¢y
and its regular reNiew by trnstees.

The deficit for the year a￿oUnted to £1,777 (2023- surplus £19,795), as shown on page 4. The twstee5 consider the results

The attached accounts hY4ve been prepared on a receipts and payu)ents basis following the guidance foi. accounting for
smaller charities issued by the Charity CommA&sion.
