Additional Information:
The balance for the Virgin Money Building Society account at 30 September 2025 had not been formally confirmed at the date of approval of these accounts. Trustees have been actively seeking confirmation since October 2025.
During the period, changes to the correspondence address following the retirement of the treasurer, together with changes to two trustee signatories arising from emigration and death, contributing to delays in receiving information.
The account is operated as a postal account, and the building society will only correspond directly with authorised signatories.
As the preparer of these accounts is not a signatory, and telephone enquiries are not permitted, this has further limited the ability to obtain timely confirmation, including for the Chair who is in the process of being recognised as a signatory.
The accounts therefore include a balance based on the best available information, using internal records and reconciliations.
Trustees will update the records if any material difference arises once formal confirmation is received.
