independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibilty to..

Charity Commission (under section 4317)(b} of the 1993 Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my atteniion.
Basls of independent My examination was car￿1 out in accordan* with general Directions given
examinerfs slatement by the Charity CommissK)n. An examination indudes a review of the
accountiTrJ records kept by the tharity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. tt also Ind￿eS consideration of any unusual
items or disdosures in the accounts, and seekirvJ explanations from the
trustees conceming any such mattef5. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is gtven as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and fairf view and the rewrt is limited to those matters set out in the
statement below.

the requirements to keep accounting records in a¢¢ordance with section 41
