I report to the trustees on my examination of the a¢wunts of the abov8
charity (Ihe Trusf) for the year ended 3111212024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance wrth the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Ihe Acr).
I report in restEct of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. l ¢onfimi that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not k8Pt in accordan￿ wtth section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accourrting records

Review of the charity's

At the end of the period there is a bank
balance of £11.247. Trustees have
reviewed the position and agreed to
maintain a balance of approximately
£5,000 in the event of any unforeseen
ernergency expenditure.
This is a very small charfty and usually
income in the region of £5.000. Given
this. the charlty does not hold any
holding re$er4es however as mentioned
above, does maintain a current balance
to cover any unforeseen expenditure.
