**Objects:** TO APPLY THE INCOME TO:- (1) ANY MEDICAL PRACTITIONER PRACTISING OR HAVING PRACTISED IN SOMERSET OR HIS WIFE WIDOW OR CHILDREN OR OTHER ASSISTANCE. (2) ANY DEPENDANTS OR THE ABOVE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS BY WAY OF SCHOLARSHIP OR BURSARY IN MEDICAL OR OTHER SUBJECTS. (3) SUCH MEDICAL CHARITIES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.

**Activities:** To apply the income of the fund:1. For the assistance or relief of need of any medical practitioner who has       practised in Somerset, or his or her  immediate dependents.2. To support the costs of the medical training of the child of such a practitioner3. To contribute to such other medical charities as the trustees shall see fit.
