**Activities:** Provision of housing for people who in the judgement of the Trustees are of limited means financially, who are aged 55 and over and who live or have lived in Exeter or within a 10 mile radius, although exceptionally the Trustees may appoint a person living outside the area of benefit but otherwise qualified.
