POORS BRANCH: TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF CHAWLEIGH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 4 OF THE SCHEME OF THE 15TH AUGUST 1968).

**Activities:** The charity had high expenditure of refurbishment costs for the school which left us in a negative profit for the year 2022-2023 but still managed to give some Christmas gifts and maintenance funding to the Parochial Church Charity for St James, from our previous years income.2023-2024 Church branch  paid out from reserves £ 19,000 for repair work to the roof and interior of St James
