## **TRUSTEES  ANNUAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING 31[ST] DECEMBER 2020** 

The charity continued to provide unfurnished accommodation to 12 single persons over 55 years of age – five women and seven men. 

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic it was decided not to hold any meetings of the governors and not to hold a Christmas lunch for the residents.  Instead of providing lunch it was agreed to give residents the cash sum of £15 each. 

During the year total general fund income amounted to £29,323.16 and expenditure to £19,129.47, producing a surplus of £10,193.69 and assets of £74,337.07
