Update since the last report issued in March 2022 **Finance:** 

- The Bank Current Account at the end of June 2023 £33573.90 

- The Balance in the M & G Investment Account at the end of March 2023 £84,4459.58. 

## **General Administration and Management Issues:** 

- Secondary Glazing fitted to all Almshouses 

- Quinquennial Inspection Completed 

- Tree Guard Purchased for the Jubilee Oak Tree 

- All Boilers Serviced 

- New Gates made and fitted to all properties 

- Replaced radiator at no 2 Almshouse 

- Fitted new hardwired room stats to numbers 1-4 number 5 already done. 

- Repair to boilers at Numbers 2, 4 & 5
