Objects: 1. Two Equal Fourth Parts Of The Yearly Income To Be Applied In Or Towards The Paymemnt Of The Expenses In Curred By The Vicar For The Time Being Of The Ecclesiastical Parish Of Billington In Carrying Out His Duties In Respect Of The Said Ecclesiastical Parish Or During Any Period When There Is No Vicar As Aforesaid In Or Towards Th Payment Of Like Expenses Occurred By The Priest For The Time Being In Charge Of The Said Ecclesiastical Parish Subject Thereto, In Furthering The Religious And Other Charitable Work Of The Church Of England In The Said Ecclesiastical Parish. 2. One Further Equal Forth Part To Be Applied In Relieving Persons Resident In The Parish Of Billington Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By Making Grants Of Money Or Providing Items. 3. The Remaining Of Equal Fourth Part Of The Yearly Income Shall Be Applied In Defraying The Cost Of Maintenance And Repair Of The Parish Church Of Billington.
