The<br>dwellings are regularly maintained and<br>every effort is made to provide good quality<br>accommodation.<br>A total of £6,809 was gifted by the charity<br>to those in need who live in the Parish.<br>_John Moreton Almshouse Charity_<br>Small charitable gifts were given to<br>residents of the Parish as needed.<br>£10,000 was added to the Emergency<br>Repair Fund invested in a COIF Charities<br>Accumulation Fund<br>The debt to the John Moreton Endowment<br>fund was reduced to £90,000.<br>_Cottenham United Charities_<br>Cash grants were made to 96 parishioners<br>on low income at Christmas. This was in<br>conjunction with the Fitzwilliam Charity who<br>contributed to the awards.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charÉty (Ihe Trust.) for the year ended 3111212022.
Responsibillties and
basis of report
As the chanlvs trustees, you are reSponsi￿e for the preparation of the
accounts in accK)rdance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Art.
Independent I have corn￿eted my examination. l Gonfimi that no material matters have
examinerfs statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in acwrdanGe with section 130
of the Chanties Acl, or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records" or
the accounts dKI not comply with the applicable requirements
onceming the fomi and content of account5 set out in the Charities
{Accounts and Reports} Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a Inje and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
