**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY IN SUCH WAYS AS THE ASSOCIATION SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR BY: ENABLING THOSE PEOPLE TO LIVE MORE INDEPENDENTLY.  PROVIDING ADVICE, INFORMATION AND EDUCATION.  PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESPITE AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** The Association strives to provide high quality services to physically disabled people in Surrey, their families, professionals and others concerned with disability by providing the following: self-catering holiday chalet and bungalows, disability equipment showroom, mail order catalogue and equipment loan.
