2025
The Trust had taken the decision to Outsour￿ property maintenance in 2024. We
identifi8d ￿ serious candidates and as a result have appointed V¥hrte and Sons, a
local company.
Unfortunately three of our beneficiaries this year which released two one-
bedroom units and a three bedroom house. We have refurbished the one bedroom
units and allocated them to new beneficiaries. We are in the pr￿sS of interviewing
applicants for the other property.
Costs have been incurred for necessary works. Ir￿uding the repair and m8intenanc
identified in the recent property inspections.
We have generated a surplus of £25,000 even after the additional costs.
