Objects: Keeping In Proper Repair And Condition, The Memorial Brasses Erected In The Parish Church Of St John The Evangelist Of The Ecclesiastical Parish Of Stoke Next Guildford To The Memory Of The Founder Of The Charity And His Brother.almshouses For Women Of Good Character Of Not Less Than 60 Years Of Age Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress And Who Have Resided In The Area Of The Ancient Parish Of Stoke Next Guildford, For Not Less Than Five Years Next Preceding The Time Of Appointment With A Preference For Members Of The Church Of England: Provided That If On The Occasion Of A Vacancy There Is No Applicants Qualified As Aforesaid Resident In The Said Area The Trustees May Appoint A Person Otherwise Duly Qualified Who Has For Not Less Than Five Years Next Preceding The Time Of Appointment Resided In The Parish Of Worplesdon With A Preference For Members Of The Church Of England.
