The dlrectors and trustees have assessed the major risks to which the tharity is exposed. in particular
those related to the operations and finances of the Association. and are satisfied that procedures are
in place to mitigate the exposure to the major risks.

locatlon5 where it operates. and the trustees ensure that they benefit the public. The trustees have had re8ard to the
Charlty Cornm1s51on's guldance on public benefit. including 'public benefit: running a charity IP821'.

Achlevernents and performanc•
The Communlty at 51. Mlchael's Convent. Vl¢arnge Way. Gerrard5 Cross, bucklnghamshlre SL9 8AT have contlnued wlth
thelr dally worship and Interce551on. Members of the publltwere welcomed for Retreats and Quiet Days. The garden
was shared with others through an Open Garden Day wlth the National Open Garden Scheme. Sisièrs have contlnued
wlth the mlnlstrles of Quiet Daysi Counselling and SplT5tual Dlrectlon. The eldest members of the Communlty Ilve and
are cared for at St MlchaeY5 Convent Gerrards Cros& Durln8 August, the Sisters h951ed an international 8atherlng of
Member5 of the Communlty.
Famllles and women are SUPP¢*rted, some have yet to 8aln Indefinlte lea¥e to remaln In the UK. They recelve both
nanclal and pastoral help.
At our Srlstol house the work has contlnued to be that of pastoral care outreach in the local community, mainly
£entred on the house but also workln8 wSth other agencies and food-banks. At the house, thls care ha5 taken the form
of both practlcal assistance. such as 8lvlng food parcels at the door. and befriendlng and Ilstenln8 and glvin8 prayer
support to callers and volunteers. Some Ind￿dUalS re¢elve extenslve and lon8-term support from the 51ster5.
There are a team of volunteers who amlst the Slsters wlth thelr Mlnlsty. The ¥olunteers contrSbuted approxlmately
6,000 hours In the year.
Outside the house, Sisters provide reli8ious education ihrou8h such means as talks, preathin¥ and splrltual
ac¢ompanlment. Sisters make pastoral Y￿ltS at home, In hospital, and prison whèrt permltted.
Slster Annaliese continues to live at Clevedon and has been involved with ministrieswiih the Quakers. Sister Rtssina ha5
now moved to the bungalow at Clevedon. Annalie5e coordinatesthe Quaker Warm Wel¢ome Drop in and Rosina also
helps wlth thls. Both Slsters offer pastoral listenin8 and support.
