To help fund these costs and maintain thè ongoing working capital of the

Th8 Trusteès dos8ly monitor all these onwing costs. whilst continuing to seek
the necessary specialist advice that is required in deafing with all matters
pertaining to the protecth)n and best use of the Charity's assets and
reputation.
The Trustees oversee the Charity's land and take the nwsary measures to
ensure that the land is kept in good ord￿.
All the Charity's lands are in green belt areas. Routine annual maintenance is

Allotment rents are nominal. wrth Mainten￿(* costs exceeding the rental
income. The Trustees hold refundable deposits from new allolment tenants
and these are retumed when the tenants vacate their plot, provKling they
leave it in good order.
The Charity. where appropriate will provide allotments to parishioners, but the
Trustees are mindful of the downward trend in demand which has been noted
over the last few years.
Thè Trustees. will continue to rationalise and consider altemative uses for the
Charity lands to ensure that they are utilised for the long-term benefit of the
Charity (ie for the benefit of the Poor of the Parish). This approach has
expanded the spectrum of Ihe land usage and reduces the risk of Charity's
exposure, land becoming unused and dormanL 01 too relianl M one actsvity.

Th8 Trustees have c0ntsnU￿ to monitor their ongoing procedures having
