Objects: (A) The Council Is Established To Promote Any Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of The Rural Community In The County Of Devon. (B) In Particular IT Will Concern Itself With The Advancement Of Education And Cluture, The Protection Of Health, The Relief Of Poverty, Distress And Sicknessin The Rural Areas Of The County. (C) To This End IT Willpromote And Organise The Co-Ordination Of Allstaturtory Authorities And Voluntary Organistations Engaged In Advancing These Aims By Bringing Together In The Council Representatives Of Theses Bodies And Providing Agency Services For Them As Appropriate.
