Objects: The Following Objects Are For The Public Benefit Of Migrants, Refugees And Asylum Seekers In The United Kingdom.1. To Relieve Financial Hardship By The Provision Of Legal And Other Advice, Information, Guidance And Support, Including Facilitating Access To Other Statutory Voluntary Services; And 2. To Preserve And Protect Their Physical And Mental Health Through Provision Of Health And Wellbeing Support, Awareness Programmes, Community-Based Activities And Assistance In Accessing Appropriate Health And Support Services, And ; 3. To Advance Education And Training So As To Advance Beneficiaries In Life And Assist Them To Adapt Within A New Community In The United Kingdom, Including Through Language Classes, Workshops, Structured Learning Activities And Educational Reading Groups Such As Book Clubs. 4. To Provide Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Persons Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Youth, Age, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances, With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life; And 5. To Relieve Of Unemployment Through The Provision Of Vocational Training, Skills Development, Employability Support, Mentoring, Advice And Assistance In Seeking, Preparing For And Obtaining Employment Or Self-Employment; And. 6. To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Individuals To Integrate Into Their Local Communities, Through Support In Accessing Housing, Education, Public Services And Community Networks, And Reducing Isolation; For The Purpose Of This Clause ‘Socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of Being A Member Of A Socially And Economically Deprived Community.
