Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:the Promotion And Advancement Of Education For The Benefit Of The Public, Primarily, But Not Exclusively, By Providing The Education Of Children And Young Persons, In Particular Those Aged Between The Ages Of 3 And 18 Years (Or Older Than 18 Years If They Are Still In Full-Time Education); Andthe Promotion And Advancement Of The Christian Faith For The Benefit Of The Public, Primarily, But Not Exclusively, By Providing A School Or Schools Based On Christian Principles And Doctrines.with Everything Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Statement Of Faith And With The Teaching Being Undertaken By Christians Who Believe And Fully Support The Statement Of Faith Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
