This charity provides grants for relief in need, education, recreation and leisure ONLY for current residents of Huntingdon (defined as the Huntingdon Town Council's area). Grants are considered monthly by Trustees in response to applications from individuals directly or from organisations providing relevant services to residents of Huntingdon.

Objects: Such Exclusively Charitable Purposes According To The Laws Of England And Wales For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Huntingdon As The Trustees Shall Think Fit In Particular For All Or Any Of The Following:1 The Payment Of Grants To Poor Persons;2 Providing Relief In Need, Hardship Or Distress By Making Grants Of Money Or Providing Or Paying For Items, Services Or Facilities Which Are Calculated To Reduce The Need, Hardship Or Distress Of The Persons Of Huntingdon;3 The Promotion Of Education Of The Inhabitants Of Huntingdon Including The Payment Of Grants, Scholarships Or Bursaries; And4 The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupations In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Aim Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants Of Huntingdon.
