Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Areto Preserve And Protect Health And Save Lives For The Public Benefit In Wembley And The Surrounding Areas By:a) Providing, Installing, Maintaining, Replacing And Promoting Access To Emergency Medical Equipment And Supplies, Including But Not Limited To Bleed Control Kits, Public Access Trauma Kits, First Aid Equipment, Automated External Defibrillators (Aeds), And Associated Emergency Response Resources;b) Advancing Public Education In Emergency First Aid, Bleed Control, And Emergency Response Techniques;c) Supporting Communities, Voluntary Organisations, Educational Establishments, Businesses And Public Bodies To Improve Preparedness For Medical Emergencies;d) Working With Emergency Services, Healthcare Providers, Local Authorities And Other Charitable Organisations To Improve Access To Life-Saving Medical Equipment And Resources; Ande) Undertaking Such Other Charitable Activities As Are Incidental Or Conducive To The Attainment Of These Objectives.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
