Objects: 3.1 For The Public Benefit, The Relief Of Children And Young People In Need Due To Ill-Health, In Particular Brain Cancer, Cancer And Other Serious Long-Term Medical Conditions, And Their Families Through The Provision Of Grants And Support In Loving Memory Of Nikolay, For The Following:3.1.1 To Help Fund Neuro-Rehabilitation Programmes And Specialist Therapies, Such As Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, And Speech And Language Therapy, That Aid Recovery And Improve Functional Outcomes Following Surgery, Cancer Treatment, Or Prolonged Illness;3.1.2 To Provide Financial Support For Equipment, Assistive Technologies, Or Clinical Services That Facilitate Convalescence And Improve Mobility, Communication, Cognition, Or Independence;3.1.3 To Assist Families In Accessing Educational And Developmental Support That Helps Children Return To Normal Routines And Prevents Long-Term Setbacks Caused By Illness; And3.1.4 To Signpost Families To Professional Medical, Therapeutic, And Social Care Services To Ensure Ongoing Aftercare And Continuity Of Support.3.2 To Advance The Education Of The Public About Childhood Brain Cancer And Other Serious Illnesses Affecting Children, By Raising Awareness Of Such Illnesses, Increasing Public Understanding Of Symptoms And Treatment Pathways, And Disseminating Reliable Information And Research.3.3 Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales.
