Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit To Promote Health And To Relieve Those In Need By Reason Of Age, Disability, Ill-Health Or Long-Term Health Conditions, In Particular But Not Exclusively On The Isle Of Wight, By:a) Providing, Subsidising Or Facilitating Access To Personal Safety, Monitoring And Assistive Technology And Related Services Designed To Help Individuals Live Safely And Independently;b) Supporting Individuals And Their Families Or Carers Through Information, Advice And Practical Support Relating To Personal Safety, Independent Living And Wellbeing; Andc) Working In Partnership With Statutory Bodies, Voluntary Organisations And Other Charities Where This Furthers The Charitable Purposes Of The Cionothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable.
