We bring together the expertise and influencefrom a wide range of Dames.We support, promote and initiate action using our collective influence and convening power to tackle important Societal issues facing women and girls and society as a whole.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Advance Such Charitable Purposes Regarded As Exclusively Charitable For The Public Benefit Under The Law Of England And Wales As The Charity Trustees See Fit From Time To Time.3.2 This Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following For The Public Benefit:3.2.1 Promoting Equality And Diversity And Working Toward The Elimination Of Discrimination And Disadvantage Experienced By Women And Girls, Including Barriers To Their Representation And Leadership In Public And Civic Life;3.2.2 Promoting Religious Or Racial Harmony Through Raising Awareness And Mutual Understanding About Different Religious And Racial Groups To Promote Good Relations And In So Doing Working Towards The Elimination Of Discrimination On These Grounds;3.2.3 Advancing Education By Increasing Understanding And Awareness Of The Various Causes Of Social Inequality And Discrimination And Sharing Of Knowledge And Expertise On Issues Affecting Women And Girls In Society;3.2.4 Preventing Or Relieving Poverty Or Financial Hardship Anywhere In The World By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects Or Through The Provision Of Grants, Goods Or Services.
