**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF MEN SERVING OR HAVING SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES, PRISON SERVICE, EMERGENCY SERVICES AND OTHER PUBLIC PROTECTION PROFESSIONS THROUGHOUT ENGLAND BY:PROVIDING PEER SUPPORT GROUPS;ORGANISING WALKING GROUPS, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND PHYSICAL CHALLENGES; ANDPROVIDING INFORMATION, GUIDANCE AND SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES WHERE REQUIRED.

**Activities:** We support men in protective services through supported walks, peer connection, mental fitness activities and signposting to professional support. We aim to develop retreats and family activities, recognising that recovery and maintaining good mental health is not a journey that should be faced alone.
