FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD AND WREKIN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PRESERVATION, PROMOTION, SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF TELFORD TOWN PARK. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.

**Activities:** To promote, for the benefit of the public, the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Telford Town Park in the Borough of Telford and Wrekin.For the benefit of the inhabitants of the borough of Telford and Wrekin and the surrounding area by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time.
