Objects: Objectsthe Charity's Objects (The Objectss) Arethe Objects Of The David Nelson Memorial Fund Are The Advancement Of Health And The Saving Of Lives For The Public Benefit In The Rural Area Of Weardale, County Durham Through:1/ The Provision, Maintenance And Servicing Of Community Accessible Defibrillators In Strategic Locations, To Be Available For Use In Medical Emergencies By Members Of The Public. This Includes Logging All Community Access Defibrillators With "The Circuit" National System So That They Are A 24/7 Publicly Accessible Emergency Resource.2/ Delivering Defibrillator Awareness And Training Sessions To Local Communities, Empowering Individuals To Confidently Use The Equipment In Critical Situations. The Training And Awareness Sessions Will Be Delivered By Either North East Ambulance Service Volunteer And Development Team Or By Members Of The David Nelson Memorial Fund Who Have Been Trained And Issued Guidance By The Neas Volunteer And Development Team (Or Other Professionals Who Are Appropriately Trained To Deliver First Aid At Work Qualifications.this Work Is Conducted In Memory Of David Nelson, A Beloved Local Resident Who Passed Away From A Cardiac Arrest At Hishome In Weardale, Highlighting The Importance Of Accessible Emergency Response Resources Within Rural Areas.[nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.]
