Objects: The Objects Of The Nri Foundation Are(a) For The Public Benefit, To Advance Education In England And Wales In The Field Of Health And Safety In The Workplace By:i) Promoting And Carrying Out Research Into Physical Safety, Occupational Health, Psychosocial Risks And Organisational Factors Affecting Health And Safety;ii) Publishing And Disseminating The Results Of Such Research; Andiii) Advancing Knowledge And Lifelong Learning Among Workers, Managers, Professionals And The Wider Public.(b) For The Public Benefit, To Promote Good Health And To Save Lives In England And Wales Through The Delivery Of Education In Evidence-Based Safety And Health Management Standards, Practices And Understanding In Organisations Whose Activities Create Risks, And Educating In Tools, And Frameworks To Implement Such Standards, Practices And Understanding. In Furtherance Of These Objects, But Not Further Or Otherwise, The Trustees May:i) Conduct, Commission, Support And Facilitate Research, Including In Collaboration With Universities, Research Institutions, Employers, Practitioners And Other Bodies.ii) Publish, Communicate And Disseminate Research Findings, Knowledge, Guidance, Resources And Examples Of Effective Practice Through Any Appropriate Means.iii) Develop, Evaluate And Promote Education In Evidence-Based Approaches, Tools, Frameworks And Standards For Safety And Health Management.iv) Encourage Learning, Critical Inquiry, Worker Engagement And The Exchange Of Knowledge Between Practitioners, Academics, Policymakers And Other Interested Persons.v) Work With Organisations, Regulators, Professional Bodies, Charities And Other Institutions In The United Kingdom And Internationally To Advance The Objects.vi) Identify, Analyse And Share Information About Effective Safety And Health Management Practices, Including Through Research, Case Studies And Other Forms Of Evaluation.vii) Provide Education, Training And Other Learning Opportunities Where These Further The Objects Of The Charity.
