To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Chipping Norton and the surrounding area, an outdoor multipurposeskatepark and providing or arranging related coaching sessions, events and programmes for individuals who have need of such facilities, with the object of improving their condition of life, social connection, confidence, physical and mental wellbeing.

Objects: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Chipping Norton And The Surrounding Area, The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants In Particular By The Provision Of A Multipurpose Skatepark For Wheeled Sports (Including But Not Limited To Skateboarding, Bmx Biking, Scootering, And Inline Skating) And Providing Or Arranging Related Coaching Sessions, Events And Programmes.
