**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN ENGLAND AND WALES, AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IMPACTED BY NEURODIVERSITY AND NEURODEVELOPMENTAL CONDITIONS BY:A) PROVIDING RESOURCES, TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, PEER SUPPORT GROUPS, AND SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE CLINICAL AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES;B) PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH INITIATIVES INVOLVING SCHOOLS, PROFESSIONALS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING, ACCEPTANCE AND INCLUSION OF NEURODIVERSE AND NEURODEVELOPMENTAL INDIVIDUALS IN SOCIETY.C) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.D) MAKING GRANTS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE CIO’S PURPOSES;E) WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS WHERE THIS SUPPORTS THE CIO’S PURPOSES.

**Activities:** Sparks is a parental group started on 21st September 2018 which helps families with children affected by Neuro Developmental Disorders in the UK.We work with other parents, friends and professionals in our community to enable our children with Neuro Developmental Disorders to achieve their potentials, live full, active, independent lives, promoting self-care and building resilience.
