Activities

Pawsitive Futures UK rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes disabled and special needs dogs. We provide veterinary care, rehabilitation, mobility support and public education to improve animal welfare. Our certified therapy dogs also visit healthcare settings, promoting wellbeing while raising disability awareness and encouraging adoption.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are (1) To Relieve The Suffering Of Dogs In Need Of Care And Attention, In Particular Dogs That Are Disabled, Injured, Abandoned, Neglected Or Abused, By Rescuing, Caring For, Rehabilitating And Rehoming Such Dogs, Or Providing Sanctuary Where Rehoming Is Not Suitable. (2) To Advance Education For The Benefit Of The Public In Relation To The Welfare Needs Of Dogs, Including Disabled And Special-Needs Dogs, The Prevention Of Neglect And Cruelty And Humane Treatment And Responsible Ownership Of Dogs. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
