Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Is To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation For The Practice And Training In Kyokushinkai Karate And Related Martial Arts, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing The Following Support To Affiliated Clubs Throughout England And Wales:-- To Support The Development Of Students, Instructors And Coaches Alike;- Providing Regional And National Events And Tournaments, Bringing Clubs Together And Encouraging Collaboration; - Providing Regional Karate Instruction And Development Sessions For Basics, Kata And Kumite (Sparring);- Regional And National Grading Preparation Sessions;- Event Preparation And Development Sessions For Kata And Kumite (Sparing);- An Annual National Summer Camp Held Each August;- Regional And National Tournaments For Kata And Kumite;- Free Instructor Training Programs, Free Coaching Training Programs Specific To Kata Or Kumite Participation, Free Annual Instructor And Grading Examiner Training Courses;- Offering Grants And Funding To Assist In The Purchase Of Equipment And Such Other Support As The Trustees Deem Appropriate.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
