Objects: The Charity Trustees Shall Use The Income And Property Of The CIO Solely To Advance Thechristian Faith For The Public Benefit In The United Kingdom And/or Elsewhere, Inaccordance With The Statement Of Beliefs Appearing In The Schedule To This Constitution.in Furtherance Of This Object, But Not Further Or Otherwise, The CIO May:(a) Make Grants Of Money To Christian Organisations, Churches And Individuals For Thefurtherance Of The Christian Faith;(b) Provide Support, Including By Way Of Grants, To Christians Who Are In Conditions Ofneed, Hardship Or Distress, Or Who Are Socially Or Economically Disadvantaged,particularly Where Such Need Arises In Connection With The Practice Of, Or Adherence To,the Christian Faith, Including In Pakistan And The Middle East; And(c) Advance Education For The Public Benefit In Christian Doctrine, History, Culture Andethics.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Propertyof The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With[section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005]and [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
