**Objects:** TO RELIEVE NEED AND PROMOTE HEALTH AMONG PARENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE DEATH OF A CHILD, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS ONLY TO FUND OR CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS RESTORATIVE BREAKS FOR THE BEREAVED FAMILY WHICH ARE THERAPEUTIC IN NATURE AND INTENDED TO SUPPORT RECOVERY FROM EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, TRAUMA OR MENTAL ILL-HEALTH, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The Little Oasis Trust provides grants to bereaved parents to help fund restorative breaks. These breaks are therapeutic in nature and are intended to support recovery from emotional distress, trauma, or mental ill-health following the death of a child.
