Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit:3.1.1 The Advancement Of Education In The Parish Of Haydon, In Particular But Not Limited To:(a) Providing Support To The School Or Any Other School Or Schools In Or Substantially Serving The Parish Of Haydon, Through Such Special Benefits Of A Kind Not Normally Provided By Governmental Or Other Public Funds For The Normal Running Costs Of The School, To Be Agreed Between The Charity Trustees And The Trustees Of The Proprietor Of The School Or Governing Body Of The School As Applicable; And(b) Otherwise Promoting The Education, Including Social And Physical Training, Of Persons Resident Or Who Have A Parent Or Parents Resident In The Parish Of Haydon.3.1.2 The Provision Of Housing Accommodation For Persons In Need, In The Following Order Of Priority:(a) Persons Resident In The Parish Of Haydon Who Are Over The Age Of Sixty;(b) Persons Who Are Resident In The Parish Of Haydon;(c) Persons Resident Elsewhere In Northumberland Who Are Over The Age Of Sixty; And (D) In Exceptional Circumstances, Persons Resident Outside Northumberland Who Are Over The Age Of Sixty;3.1.3 Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Residents And The Parish Of Haydon As A Whole As The Trustees Decide.
