Portsmouth Deaf Community Trust supports Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people across Portsmouth and surrounding areas. We promote inclusion, reduce isolation and improve wellbeing through accessible services, social and community activities, advocacy, information, education, volunteering, partnerships and fundraising for the benefit of the local Deaf community.

Objects: The Promotion Of Social Inclusion Among Deaf People And People With Hearing Loss In The City Of Portsmouth And Southeast Hampshire, Who Are Socially Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of Being Deaf By:1. Providing Education And Training That Is Accessible To Deaf People;2. Providing Workshops, Information Events, Advocacy And General Support;3. Raising Public Awareness Of The Issues Affecting Deaf People, Both Generally And In Relation To Their Social Exclusion;4. Providing Recreational Facilities And Opportunities For Deaf People And People With Hearing Loss.
