The charity relieves the grief and suffering of the parents of babies who die in utero, during or shortly after birth by providing cold cribs and other equipment as explained below. The charity also provides children and young people (and the wider community) with support and recreational activities.

Objects: 1. To Relieve The Needs Of Bereaved Parents, Their Families And Friends, When A Baby Dies In Utero, At Birth Or Soon After Birth Including, But Not Exclusively By, Providing Equipment To Enable Health And Social Care Professionals To Improve And Enhance Care And Support In Doncaster And The Surrounding Area.2. To Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Children And Young People By Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.3. To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
