Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are, For The Public Benefit, To Advance The Arts, Culture, And Heritage In Northallerton And The Surrounding Area By: - Providing Facilities And Opportunities For Exhibitions, Performances, And Creative Activities Across A Range Of Artistic Disciplines, Including But Not Limited To Visual Arts, Music, Performance And Literature. - Promoting Education In The Arts By Delivering Workshops, Classes, And Learning Opportunities To Individuals Of All Ages And Backgrounds, Supporting The Development Of Artistic Skills, Creativity, And Cultural Appreciation. - Providing Support To Emerging And Established Artists Who Are In Charitable Need In Northallerton And The Surrounding Area By Offering Space, Resources, Mentoring, Training, Exhibition Or Performance Opportunities, Where This Support Furthers The Advancement Of The Arts, Culture And Heritage For The Public Benefit.- Encouraging Community Participation And Social Inclusion Through Accessible Arts-Based Initiatives, Particularly For Disadvantaged, Marginalised, Or Underrepresented Groups. - Providing A Platform For Artistic Traditions, Histories, And Creative Expressions That Reflect The Identity Of Northallerton And Its Surrounding Area.- Collaborating With Other Charities, Educational Institutions, And Community Organisations To Maximise Opportunities For Artistic And Cultural Enrichment In Northallerton And Beyond. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
