AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH BY ORGANISING AND FACILITATING RETREATS AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES IN THE UK AND INDIA
Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are, For The Public Benefit: To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Animals By Providing Appropriate Care, Protection, Treatment And Security For Animals Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage, In Particular But Not Limited To The Protection Of Cows By Providing Assistance For Their Care, Feeding And Shelter. To Relieve Those In Need, By Reason Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage, By Providing Financial Assistance, Goods, Services And Support, Including Through The Collection And Distribution Of Recycled Clothing And The Provision Of Food To The Poor And Homeless, Educational Materials, Mobility AIDS And Basic Necessities. To Preserve And Protect Good Health By Organising And Facilitating Retreats And Similar Activities In The UK And India That Focus On Mental Health, Mindfulness, And General Health And Wellbeing. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
