For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Hartlepool And Surrounding Areas (And In Particular Nigerian People By Birth Or Descent) Without Distinction Of Gender; Sexualorientation; Race; Political, Religious Or Other Opinions; By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Non-Profit Making Groups In Acommon Effort To:1. Advance Public Education Mainly By The Provision Of Training And Advice And/or Guidance On Such Issues Including: Welfare Rights, Housing And Immigration,digital Skills;2.
