Activities
The Guildford Astronomical Society holds monthly public lectures at Surrey University which are open to everyone. During the darker winter months, we hold regular outreach events, including those supporting the University of Surrey and the Mullard Space Science Laboratory.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is To Promote And Advance Public Education In The Theory And Practice Of Astronomy And Associated Subjects, Including (But Not Limited To) Arranging Lectures And By The Provision Of Opportunities For Active Participation In Astronomical Observation.
