**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED, PARTICULARLY CHILDREN AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP WITHIN THE HUMBERSIDE REGION AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY PROVIDING ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND RELATED SUPPORT DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD AND AT OTHER TIMES OF NEED; AND BY WORKING WITH SCHOOLS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, SOCIAL CARE PROVIDERS, AND OTHER RECOGNISED REFERRAL PARTNERS TO IDENTIFY AND SUPPORT BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.THE CIO MAY ALSO PROVIDE SUCH RELIEF IN OTHER AREAS OF NEED AS DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES, WHERE DOING SO IS CONSISTENT WITH THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The Christmas Toy Drive CIO collects new toys, gifts and donations from the public, businesses, schools and community partners. These are sorted and distributed to children, young people and families who may otherwise go without gifts at Christmas. The charity works through volunteers, drop-off points and local partners across North Lincolnshire and the Humberside region.
