Break the Chains for Dogs - BG/UK rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes dogs in Bulgaria that are suffering through abandonment, neglect, illness or maltreatment. The charity provides veterinary care, behavioural assessment and temporary shelter before rehoming dogs to suitable homes in England. It also promotes responsible dog ownership and dog welfare through education and awareness activities.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is: For The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Suffering Of Dogs In Bulgaria Who Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Abandonment, Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage And To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Dogs By: I. Rehoming Dogs In Need To England And Such Other Parts Of The UK As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Decide; And Ii. Providing Advice And Guidance To The Public In Matters Pertaining To Dog Welfare.
