FACILITATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR VOLUNTEERING, ENABLING A SOCIAL HUB FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY AND WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER LOCAL GROUPS, SCHOOLS AND ORGANISATIONS;3. SEEKING TO ENSURE THE CONTINUING AVAILABILITY OF ACCESS TO COUNCIL SERVICES AND INFORMATION AT THE LIBRARY;4. ACTIVELY PROMOTING CLIFTON LIBRARY AND THE SERVICES IT PROVIDES TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY;5.
